In 2017, I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Kinesiology and hold a level 3 USA Cycling Coach certification. As a NICA certified coach, I also train and teach skills to young cyclists.

Cycling has been close to my heart ever since I first pushed down on pedals and felt the freedom of riding a bike. Cycling has become an essential piece of who I am and what I do. My love of the sport led me to study exercise science and physiology while working in the cycling industry.  My experience in the industry has allowed me to become certified in bike fittings and learn the mechanics of the bike.

Throughout my racing career I have trained with the Williams Racing Academy. This training has provided the necessary growth to compete in the pro/elite field throughout the country. When not shredding single track or lining up for XC races, I race cyclocross and road as well.

With 10 years as a professional in the cycling industry and as an elite athlete, I am well experienced in balancing a successful training plan with work, school, and life. I am excited to utilize my experiences and knowledge as I coach other athletes as they pursue their cycling goals.
