3-month minimum commitment 

We start with getting to know you, complete with our profile and intake questionnaire, as well as an initial phone consultation.  We also evaluate your previous training to determine where you are in relation to the goal(s) you are providing.

 You will have a completely custom training plan built with a world class, science-minded approach, as well as over 20 years of experience.  You will have daily, regular feedback from Christian, with regular text, email, and phone access.  Workouts will be updated to Trainingpeaks weekly or bi-weekly (depending upon what works best for the athlete).  We adjust as often as needed.

This is “the works” plan.  It is the same level of interaction we use for our elite and pro level athletes.  This is best for those who want the regular, daily interaction with Christian, and for those who want the coaching experience at the highest level.   You’ll receive regular feedback and evaluation.  We also discuss your races and events before as well as after they happen.  We’ll work together to establish habits and routines to get the most out of you.  Strength and conditioning plan is included, too.  We have athletes who have been with us on Platinum for years, and some who do this level to prepare for their most important event.  We’ve also had people on this level who were working through a difficult time (injury or health issue), and wanted to come back as quickly and safely as possible.

This is a training AND coaching plan.  We help you be the best version of you as an athlete, not just how to help you do the best training numbers. 

Nutritional coaching is included in the Platinum Plan at no extra charge.

GOLD - $195

We start with getting to know you, complete with our profile and intake questionnaire, as well as an initial phone consultation.  We also evaluate your previous training to determine where you are in relation to the goal(s) you are providing.

 You will have a completely custom training plan built with a world class, science-minded approach, as well as over 20 years of experience.  You will have weekly workout feedback from your coach, as well as a monthly phone consult with your coach and Christian. 

Changes/adjustments to your plan can happen up to two times per month.

Workouts will be updated to Trainingpeaks weekly or bi-weekly (depending upon what works best for the athlete).

 Premium Trainingpeaks account is included.

 Gold level is for those who don’t want or need the daily interaction and feedback, but still want the highest level training plan and coaches.   

 This is a training AND coaching plan.  We help you be the best version of you as an athlete, not just how to help you do the best training numbers. 

Podium - $250 for 12 weeks

Coached by Christian or Noah

Minimal interaction with your coach to make things more affordable, but the same science, thought, and effort goes into your training plan as Platinum and Gold level.

As with the Platinum and Gold levels, we start with getting to know you, complete with our profile and intake questionnaire, as well as an initial phone consultation.  We also evaluate your previous training to determine where you are in relation to the goal(s) you are providing.

A Trainingpeaks account is provided, if you don’t already have one.   Workouts will be sent and files received via the Trainingpeaks platform.  Workouts can be loaded to your Garmin, Wahoo, or other compatible computer, as well to your smart trainer set up.

We will review your progress at 6 and 12 weeks.

This plan is best for someone who wants custom plan for them and their goals that takes into account their strengths and weaknesses.  This is not an “off-the-rack” plan that is auto-populated into your Trainingpeaks account.  It is also better for someone who wants to get professional training, but who is less concerned about daily or weekly feedback regarding workouts or events. 

If you need or want consulting about an upcoming event, you can schedule additional time with your coach for ½ off of our consulting fee.

This is not a monthly payment.  This is a one-time payment that covers your 12 weeks under this plan.  It can be renewed as often as you like.

NUTRITION COACHING$85; $55 for current WRA athletes

With a proven 12-month program, we work toward what is best for you in terms of daily diet and habits, so that you have the right nutritional balance you need to serve you as an athlete and in general.  Short daily exercises and interaction are the backbone of this program.

This is not a dietician-based program.

There is no minimum commitment, but it is a 12-month program.
